摘要：
Particularly firms with highly customized production depend on an integrated production planning and control system combined with a failure management system. In order to provide management with the necessary informations, a controlling information system is necessary. The article presents the concept and realisation of a production controlling system in an electrical engineering industry. Furthermore dependences on the recently founded profit centers are illustrated.
