摘要：

Neurobiological data offer an understanding of how psychoactive substances can act like a pharmacological decoy, interfering with the mechanisms which regulate the pathways determining pleasure and suffering, approach and avoidance, thereby disrupting our subtle mechanisms which help us to balance autonomy, risk-taking, the search for sensations and dependency.
