摘要：
The article covers relevant issues of the theory of risks in the civil law. The article shows opinions of different groups of scientists on the "Risk" category which includes contemporary ones as well. "Risk" category is described in conjunction with the "responsibility" and "guilt" categories, with regard to the subject and method of the civil law. Risk is considered also as the basis of "responsibility without fault". In the conclusion author's definition of category "risk" is given.
