摘要：
The authors describe an amplifier for control of piezoelectric slave devices that produces a high output voltage in the frequency range of 0-5 kHz. For a supply of 1000 V, at 0-500 Hz the peak-to-peak output is 0-920 V with a nonlinearity of approximately 5%.
