摘要：
Twelve female multiple sclerosis (MS) patients completed mood checklists twice weekly for eight weeks. Chain P-technique factor analysis identified three dimensions of mood fluctuation, two of which corresponded to those reported for other populations. High correlations between self-rated physical health and the three affect dimensions were consistent with the contention that disease activity is a major determinant of MS patients' emotional distress.
