摘要
Zinc-cobalt alloys were electrodeposited from an ammonia-free, mildly acidic electrolyte based on potassium chloride, Passivation of Zn-Co alloy was also investigated, The cobalt content of the bath, the temperature, current density and pH all affect the cobalt content of the alloy deposit, Control of cobalt concentration and temperature (or current density) of the bath was best for regulating the alloy composition, The properties of a Zn-Co coating were found to be superior to those of zinc alone. The corrosion resistance of Zn-Co alloy showed high values.
