摘要：

The article examines the status of the concept of corporate social responsibility in Ukraine's banking sector and the main obstacles to its implementation. The necessity of the adoption of a national document that will solve the basic problem faced by banks at the initial stage of introducing the concept of corporate social responsibility - the problem of terminological confusion and lack of universally accepted rules and norms.
