摘要：
This paper first discusses the control of manufacturing cells and then focuses on cell loading aspects. The cell loading problems are classified, cell loading issues are detailed and different loading approaches are mentioned. Finally, new rules are introduced to tackle the cell loading in the case of the overlapping cells.
