摘要
This paper is part of the monograph to qualify for master's degree in economics "Access Charges in Telecommunications in Colombia: an efficient regulation?" (2007). This paper presents a nonparametric efficiency method, Data Envelopment Analysis -DEA-, specifically, the fundamental DEA models: CCR and BCC. Finally, it presents the case of application to the telecommunications sector for middle-income countries.
