摘要：
This paper analyzes the standpoints of directors and members of agricultural cooperatives on possible contribution of agricultural cooperatives to unemployment reduction in rural areas in Republic of Serbia. Through massification of membership, increasing the volume of business of agricultural cooperatives and their involvement in processing and distribution of agricultural and food products, it is possible to meet the economic needs of cooperatives members and associated members, more significant involvement of the rural population and rural poverty reduction.
