摘要
We determine via geometric conditions a class of single-input, single-output nonlinear systems which are globally stabilizable by a dynamic observer-based output feedback control. The only restriction on the nonlinearities is their dependence, in suitable coordinates, on the output only. The differential geometric conditions which identify this class of systems can be automatically verified by means of symbolic languages such as MACSYMA. The construction of the stabilizing output feedback control involves an iterative procedure which can also be implemented on computers.
