This article is a sequel to an article entitled 'The Definition of "Terrorist Act" in Part 5.3 of the Criminal Code (Cth)'.(+) That article explained how the definition of 'terrorist act' was drawn up and compared it with the definition of 'terrorism' in section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2000 (UK). This article analyses the offences in Part 5.3 in detail. It concludes that many of them are dangerously wide and lamentably vague and argues for reform.
