摘要
Total T lymphocytes and their subsets CD3+8+, CD3+4+, CD4+45R+, respectively TCRab+ and TCRgd+ cells as well as CD19+B cells exhibited significantly circadian variations in venous blood from healthy men with peak times between 23.00 to 24.00 h, respectively around 21.00 h. Natural killer (NK) cells peaked between 11.00 and 12.00 h insignificantly. A similar inverse relationship was found between T (B) cells and plasma levels of ACTH, cortisol and human growth hormone, whereas NK cells and prolactin levels may be related in another way.
