THE FACTORS OF THE WORK PROCESS OF THE NURSE THAT HINDER HER LIFE QUALITY

Objective: To identify the factors of the work process of the nurse that hinder her life quality. Methods: Chosen research methodology was the descriptive type, with a qualitative approach, and it was made in the Virtual Health Library (BVS in portuguese), using the following data bases: SCIELO and BDENF. 10 potential bibliographies were chosen, after a brief review and also a selective read. It was carried out a an interpretative read and a thematic analysis. Results: Thus, the following categories emerged: factors related to work that hinder the life quality of the nurse and also concepts and strategies regarding life quality. Conclusion: We concluded that the negative factors of the work process interfere, both directly and indirectly, in woman's life quality, and that strategies must be pre-established to minimize the influence of these negative factors, in order to contribute to keep the integral capacity both in and outside of the work environment and respectively nurse's life quality.
