RESEARCH ON TEMPERATURE FIELD NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENT IN LASER QUENCHING PROCESS

摘要
The numerical simulation and experiment method for temperature field research in the laser quenching process is proposed. First, several assumptions of the laser quenching process are discussed for the research convenience. The simulation process is analyzed by the Laser Heat-Treatment-2 software, which is developed in FORTRAN. A discrete simulation process and results are given through the setting of different parameters in the laser quenching process. Finally, the experimental study is carried out to demonstrate the validity of the simulation results.
