The discipline of Physical Education (PE) in school comes to body culture of the students (game, sport, gymnastics, dance and others). The school should promote the reading of reality, make the student faced with the training and learn it and can organize your sports practice outside of school and socialize it with your community. You must map the teaching methods used by PE teachers to describe the methodological didactic process used in class, and therefore analyze the educational planning in question. The results were that the Physical Education classes teaching is centered in partial and global methods, where teachers do not seek continuing education. As for the content developed by teachers, most team sports deals with some variations of stretching and recreational activities. It was concluded that although the physical education has a range of activity options, respondents showed only know the basics.
