摘要:
The Court ruling that we are analyzing decides the case of a worker who has dismissed individually, during a period of collective supensions of a various workers contracts, due to economical causes, which also affected the same employee. The key question is if a company who has been authorized to suspend the labour contracts of various workers, due to economical causes, can during the same period and alleging the same causes, without a relevant change of circumstancies, individually dismiss one of the workers who has had his contract suspend.
