摘要：
A new, high strength Ni-Cu-Nb structural steel, developed by International Nickel, was subjected to comprehensive tests to determine a broad range of its practical and technical properties. The study was chiefly aimed at evaluating such properties as weldability, formability, cold working, fatigue resistance, resistance to combined bending and compressive stresses, atmospheric-corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance.
