摘要：
The one-loop divergences in scale-invariant two-dimensional quantum gravity with a local action are investigated. It is shown that the theory is multiplicatively renormalizable and is equivalent to a model with a nonlocal action, while the one-loop beta function of the scalar-gravitational coupling constant is arbitrary.
