摘要
Considering that the sale is an essential instrument for financial performance and survival of many companies, this article discusses "the sale as a tool for developing new business in a odontological products company," with the problematization: "How sales person should proceed to be recognized as essential to business success in the professional market today?" The methodology used was bibliography research and field research with a questionnaire for sellers of a company that works in the dentistry field, in Londrina, Parana. This work aims to show that sales are a great business opportunity. Also aims to provide knowledge about sales and identify positive and negative factors in the current market sales person. It was verified that the seller is fundamental in a company and he needs to know both the product and cliente.
