摘要：
Let (X, theta) be a complex principally polarized abelian variety. Subvarieties of X with class d theta(2)/2 (d integer) are studied. Assume (X, theta) is general of dimension greater than or equal to 11; when d is odd, V is (very) singular; when d is even less than or equal to 16 and V is smooth, V is (almost) a complete intersection.
