摘要：
The changes in the format of the Brazilian State in the last decade were responsible for innovations in the structure of the Public Administration. New agencies were included in it which are the Regulatory Agencies. These new agencies are characterized by their autonomy. Thus, the present research proposes to examine this autonomy and its compatibility with the Federal Constitution and also as a possibility of regulation.
