摘要
Multidimensional scaling analysis was used to examine the inherent complexity of vocational aspirations as a measurement construct. Through this approach, the perceptual dimensions underlying college students' expressions of vocational aspirations when distinguished as preferences and as expectations were uncovered. Implications for further research are outlined.
