摘要
Based upon the calculated results from a theoretical deposition model, algebraic equations were derived for total and regional deposition of inhaled monodisperse spherical particles in humans of age 5 or older breathing through mouth during resting and light exercise for particle aerodynamic diameters between 1.0 and 3.1-mu-m. Predicted total deposition from these equations compared favorably with experimental data.
