摘要
Brightness temperature of wave sea surface is studied taking into consideration the thermal dependence of the spatial spectrum of wind waves, which is a consequence of thermal dependence of stratification characteristics and viscous dissipation of short wind waves. Microwave radiometric sensing methods are proposed for measuring wind velocity and water temperature.
