摘要
Many researchers have developed instruments to measure intelligence or personality traits in children and adolescents, but there are few instruments to identify the Learning Styles in elementary students and less still to do it quickly and easily. For this reason, we have adapted the Learning Styles questionnaire of Honey and Alonso (CHAEA) very used in adults. This research stems from a cyclical conception of Learning and the psychological characteristics of children to whom it is intended to provide an instrument with validity and reliability sufficient to diagnose Learning Styles in elementary students (9 - 12 years) and students of first courses of High School (12-14 years). CHAEA-Junior is characterized by its usability, simplicity and speed of execution. The research used a multiple character study design essentially "ex post facto", with qualitative and quantitative analysis on a sample of 1.594 students and a pooled sample of Elementary and High School students (9-14 years) of the Community of Madrid (Spain).
