HISTOCHEMICAL-LOCALIZATION OF DEHYDROGENASES IN BUFFALO FORESTOMACH

摘要：
Tissue samples from rumen, reticulum and omasum of 9 buffaloes, 1 day to over 18 years old, were subjected to demonstrate histoenzymically the succinic dehydrogenase (SDH), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD). No significant regional variations were recorded. The activities of SDH, LDH and G-6-PD were not observed in the stratum comeum. They gradually increased from stratum granulosum to stratum basale. The SDH and LDH activity was weaker in young animals than in older animals.
