摘要：

Western Balkan countries, which will increase borrowing was quoted as saying as a normal phenomenon their multi economic development, are in danger since its inception debt crisis. So far policy borrowing is continuing with all higher by investing in not production spending, which requires the repeated borrowing. Showing trend indebtedness, analysis and have external debt these countries shows relevant guidance in selecting adequate economic policy in order to raise competitiveness of the Balkans. Will also be comparative analysis of state debt in particular to assess the state of indebtedness of Serbia, structure and movement external debt to the international financial institutions. In the work will have carried out using standard indicators indebtedness international financial institutions.
