MULTIPLE POSITIVE SOLUTIONS OF A NONLINEAR ELLIPTIC EQUATION INVOLVING CRITICAL SOBOLEV EXPONENT

摘要：

Let OMEGA subset-of R(N) (N greater-than-or-equal-to 4) be an open bounded set with smooth boundary. We show that for lambda in a small right neighborhood of 0, the problem - DELTA-u = lambda u+u open triangle - 1 -0. u > 0 in OMEGA, u = 0 on partial derivative OMEGA, where 2* is the critical Sobolev exponent, has at least cat OMEGA positive solutions in H0(1) (OMEGA).
