摘要：

One of the highlights of the Insurance Contract Act is the protection of the insured. For this reason, it devotes special attention to make sure that the insured knows the existence and content of the general conditions governing the insurance contract, which by no means, may be harmful to the insured. This paper addresses the study the regulation of these clauses established in the third article of the Act.
