摘要
The realization of the purpose of this article is to show some thoughts and theoretical explanations to show a vision and understanding of the increasing relevance of the study of Human Talent Management in postmodern organizations and this contributes as a fundamental basis organizational excellence. That is why, which is considered to Human Talent Management as the engine that drives any corporate strategy or corporate action, in organizations today, in this regard is considered the talent of the people, knowledge and technology which makes it possible for organizations achieve their goals. The methodology used in this article was focused on a review documentary literature, which concluded that human behavior, knowledge and technology are generating significant changes in organizations.
