摘要
The X-ray analysis indicates a coherence length (particle size) of the Fe3B phase of about 100 nm. Scanning electron micrographs show a uniform distribution of roughly spherical Nd2Fe14B precipitates with diameters near 200 nm. Magnetic domain patterns visible on melt spun samples do not appear after annealing. As observed in the case of isotropic Nd2Fe14B-based magnets the maximum coercivity of Nd4Fe77B19 is obtained for applied internal fields higher than 2.5 T. This fact emphasizes the significance of the Nd2Fe14B precipitates for the magnetic hardening of Nd4Fe77B19. © 1990.
