EFFECTS OF DISORDER ON THE SUPERCONDUCTING T(C) IN AMORPHOUS ZR-CU ALLOYS

摘要
Disorder in amorphous Zr50Cu50 and Zr60Cu40 was increased by fast neutron irradiation with doses up to 2.2 X 10(18) n/cm2. Superconducting T(c), H(c2) and electrical resistivity were measured. The observed depression of T(c) is compared with predictions for weak localization.
