摘要
This article aims to analyze how organizational conflicts in interpersonal relationships interfere in team work once, by the constant search for success, companies require a lot of their employees, placing them in times of anxiety and stress, influencing misunderstandings and conflicts. For the present study it was conducted a bibliographic and descriptive research, along with the application of questionnaires to collect data analysis and semi-structured interviews to supplement the management styles adopted by companies in the study. The survey was conducted in local businesses in the city of Nova Petropolis. Through this study, we determined the main causes of business conflicts, checking individual behaviors, management styles and the way they handle the situations. We conclude that conflict is inevitable nowadays and the individuals reactions will vary according to the way conflicts are managed.
