摘要
Yeast population of urban wastes and products of their anaerobic treatment have been examined. 44 species have been isolated and identified. The most frequently found were Candida famata, Candida lambica, Rhodotorula rubra and Candida haemulonii. Urban wastes contain a great number of yeasts but a few number remain after methanization and after other stages of the treatment process. In a eight-week-old compost there is also an important yeast population and the most frequent yeasts of urban wastes were also found here.
