摘要
Using information and communication technologies, it is applied the conceptual framework of Teaching to understand an e-learning chemistry course, at the Faculty of Engineering, La Plata National University. It was designed a didactic sequence centered on understanding. It was taken the topic of "alternative energies" as thread, considering the concept of chemical reaction as a central generative topic. The teaching sequence starts from a schematic image showing the process of obtaining energy through alternative sources and was accompanied by questions, they are answered by students in individual blogs. The research process with guided tutorial is done in the discussion forums on-line, up to the synthesis stage, where the final answers in the blogs reflects the level of understanding achieved. The aim to improve the performance of understanding was reached by almost all the students.
