摘要
The educational guidelines promote constant training, the development of research methods, the preparation of educational materials and the implementation of technologies that ensure equity and access to education at all levels. The University School Colombiana de Carreras Industriales- UNIECCI boasts the inclusion program in higher education for the deaf community, offering academic programs with benefits and processes for access and retention in education. n this context, pedagogical strategies through the proposal for the design of signs to neologisms have been generated in sign language Colombian at the institutional level that allow communication in response to the particular sociolinguists characteristics of students to generate consistent communication processes to the academic training of the deaf to overcome communication barriers within the framework of one of the proposals seeking the Ministry of National Education. In this aspect is managed to develop in a first phase the technical dictionary of neologisms of sign language for software development technology program and process are the production and creation of fashion and marketing and advertising. The written language is a basic tool for the deaf student to generate communication processes, thus created academic spaces for the teaching of the written language as a second language to overcome communication barriers between listeners and the deaf. These aspects allowed to overcome the communication barriers through the use of sign language written and oral language of Colombia.
