摘要
This study demonstrates that fusidic acid reduces the phosphorylation of protein synthesis elongation factor 2 in cell-free translation systems prepared from rat liver, rabbit reticulocytes and the plant Cucumis sativus at concentrations at which the antibiotic effectively inhibits protein synthesis in these systems.
