摘要：
This article aims at integrating Mindfulness within the Emotional Intelligence (EI) context. On one hand, EI is focused on the way emotional information is processed, and Mindfulness represents a new way we relate to emotions, which main components are the focus on the present experience along with a curiosity and acceptance attitude. The integration of Mindfulness in the EI context may facilitate the proper focus, understanding and regulation of emotional states.
