摘要
The breakdown of particles captured by a precoat layer back into the particle flow under the effect of the particle hydrodynamic forces was considered. The breakdown intensity was shown to be determined by the mechanism of liquid purification in the filtration process. A mathematical model of the breakdown of particles into a flow during the adsorptional mechanism of liquid purification rate was proposed. The conception of a critical filtration rate was introduced. Theoretical dependences of the critical filtration rate on the main parameters of the process were obtained. An experimental verification showed a good qualitative agreement between the theoretical and experimental results.
