LISTERIA SPP ISOLATION FROM DAIRY AND MEAT FOOD-PRODUCTS

摘要
Hundred-eleven samples of foods for research of Listeria spp. were studied (sixty-two samples of cheese, seventeen of raw milk, five of posteurized milk, three of ultra high temperature milk, four of butter end twenty-four samples of meats). For three samples of cheese (two <<latteria>> French importing and one soft cheese product of Italy) Listeria monocytogenes were isolated. For one sample of beef Listeria innocua were isolated.
