The presence of the artists of the exile in the recent Spanish historiography

This paper studies the recovery, for historiography, of the artists of de Spanish exile of 1939, a symbolic return that has not been uniform and whose study in the 80' s coincided with a fragmentation of the discipline that has hindered the general approaches, the study contexts. From the Venice biennale 1976, which from the Pavilion of Spain was placed under the significant heading "Future Lost", to "After of the fence" (2009) has been generated a large corpus that should be diverse and multidirectional reviewed.
