Basic constituents of endogenous / local / regional / territorial development: networks, actors and territory

This paper presents evidence that constituents present in the process of development, focusing on the possibility of promoting local development, endogenous from the actors involved and their forms of organization. Always taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of this Territory, is about the economics, whether in the social point of view. In this sense trim the state with an important role to sort through their public duties inequalities are infrastructure, such as health, education. Cooperation between through networks arises as to strategies that actors can solve their limitations and promote competitiveness strategies that are involved in the scenario, that the primary objective of promoting development occurs from within.
