摘要
The application of Pb-Pb isochron dating is subject to uncertainties not only from the degree of Pb isotope homogenization during a geological event being dated, but also from the secondary disturbance of unknown ages and the presence of trace uranium in the investigated samples. A three-dimensional Pb-Pb isochron plane method can probably throw light on the Pb isotope dating of whole-rock samples if concentrations of trace uranium and lead can be accurately determined. © 1990.
