摘要
The superconductivity mechanism of high T//c oxides is proposed. Based on the theory of strong-coupling superconductivity, we deduce a T//c formula for superconducting oxides. Applying this formula to the Sr//xLa//2// minus //xCuO//4// minus gamma system, we find good consistency between the theory and experiment results. We analyze the basic factors which affect T//c of these oxides further and claim a possibility of RT superconductivity within the framework of BCS theory.
