摘要
Related to the evaluation of student training in higher education, research advocate comprehensive and participatory evaluation focused on the usefulness of learning more than content, where students learn to evaluate the processes of their formation and aware of achievements. However, in practice, this assessment is a formal stage of implementation of assessment instruments, which is not used as a source for projecting improvements, being necessary to pass a reflective and transformative dimension projection of student performance during their training professional. As a result, this research is performed in order to devise a participatory process for the evaluation of student behavior in terms of enhancing their performance. The process was defined and valued its functionality by applying it to two teaching groups in different subjects and careers, where 0.86 was reached as Satisfaction Index Group, from 1 possible.
