摘要：
A model simulating winery operation is proposed. Each elementary set of knowledge used in the model has been defined as an entity gathering constant data, variable parameters and expert calculation functions. The model is structured hierachically. It has been implemented in object-oriented programming and the language C++ has been chosen. This expert simulation software produces dynamic balances of resources. For more accuracy and efficiency, uncertain knowledge will have to be represented in the simulator.
