摘要
The present study was carried out in order to strengthen the process of training of the actors to develop social management from the university extension at the University of Pinar del Rio Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca, so it was established as a general objective: to develop actions for the formation of actors from the extensionist process as a way to contribute to the social management of the Accounting and Finance. The research was characterized by being explanatory and predominantly qualitative, without denying the presence of methods of the quantitative paradigm. Starting from a dialectical materialist approach, theoretical and empirical methods were used in the diagnostic phase. The main techniques used were the interview, the discussion group and the documentary analysis. It was verified that social management in the university context is carried out in an empirical and attendant way, needing to be reoriented for its conscious and planned execution. In this sense, actions are presented, implemented jointly with the social actors of the university, which were valued as relevant and novel, taking into account the assessments and criteria of those involved in the process. The main results were the creation of a management group, the incorporation of social management as an alternative for the educational projects of the brigades and the realization of a system of universitycommunity activities.
