摘要：

In the article results of researches of physical preparedness of children and teenagers are expounded. In accordance with the school program these children visited only the lessons on physical education. Results of research of physical readiness of schoolboys testify to necessity of increase of efficiency of physical training for a comprehensive school. Well defined communication of parameters of physical readiness with the organization of physical training is traced.
