摘要
The high penetration of renewable infeed in the pan-European electricity network and the rising amount of electricity market shortterm-transactions introduce new uncertainties to the inputs of conventional security assessment methods. The proposed method handles those uncertainties and accounts for them in a probabilistic way and provides as output the actual simulated power system's risk measure. This enables for instance. a comparison of different dispatch methods.
